What else should I buy with my starter kit:
We recommend that you purchase a spare atomizer and a syringe if you can, we do offer a 3 month warranty on the atomizer that comes with the starter kit, however should it stop working it could be sometime before the replacement gets back to you, and if you are trying to stay away from tobacco completely, 8 days is a long time without your electronic cigarette.
How long does a cartridge last?
Each cartridge normally lasts between 4 and 7 cigarettes depending on the inhalation time of the user, when the cartridge is completed you can either replace it with a new one (expensive) or refill it yourself with our nicotine refills , this is a more affordable option. A 10ml refill bottle is provide for FREE with this purchase, and should give the equivalent of 8 packs of cigarettes. Please note that it is not guaranteed that the flavour or strength of cartridge refill you select is in stock, if it is not we will contact you to select another option.

How long does the battery last?
Each battery takes about 3 to 4 hours to fully charge, if you are light smoker, 20 our less a day two batteries will most likely last you the entire day.
For 2 pack a day smokers, we would suggest that you buy a spare battery and charger if you can, this will make your life easier for you.
What you should know about atomizers.
The atomizer is a very fragile device, and should be treated as such.The atomizer is by no means a perfect vaporizing instrument yet and we are hoping that in the near future we will see a great improvement in its design and durability across all 8 of the worlds leading manufactures of this device.
Atomizers are consumable and should be replaced when required. The atomizer coil the part that heats and vaporizes the liquid is a very fine coil very similar to that of a light bulb filament,which makes it easy to break due to over heating, dropping it on the floor or the person on the production line not having done his job properly on the day of assembly.
For this reason we highly suggest you buy a spare if finances allow for it, as it is difficult to gauge how long it may last, it could last 2 days it could last 6 months, no one really knows with atomizers, and that is true for all brands of electronic cigarettes.
Please do not see this as us trying to put you off this priceless new invention, that has helped thousands of people just like you improve the quality of their lives, but rather as a way of us been completely honest and up front with you from the start, atomizers do stop working from time to time. Please note that you are covered by our 3 month replacement warranty should this ever happen to you.
