All non consumable products carry a 30 day money back guarantee. The money back
guarantee only applies to unused products. If you have an unused electronic
cigarette and would like to send it back please follow our RMA procedure below.
Note: Consumables such as cartridges and liquid refill bottles are not covered
by our 30 day money back guarantee and we will not allow the return of
these items, unless the incorrect item was sent to you by us, if this does
happens we will pay for all postage fees involved in getting the product back
and returned to you.
Our 10 Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you have bought an electronic cigarette from our store and you have used it
and you are not completely satisfied with the product you may return it to us for
a full refund, provided you send it back to us within 10 days of receipt, we
will not accept any used products after the 10 day period, if you wish to send
it back please follow our RMA procedure below, please note we do not refund
consumables or postage fees, only the value of the product.
Product Warranty
All our electronic cigarettes have a 3 month warranty.
Please see below for reasons that our 3 month warranty my become nil and void.
1) modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any persons or
company other than The Electronic Cigarette Store
2) physical abuse to, or misuse of the product or operation thereof in a manner
inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions;
3) any use of the product other than that for which it was intended.
Subject to the above warranty, in the event that your electronic cigarette
device fails to operate satisfactorily, please follow our RMA process below:
RMA Procedure
In order that we accept returns you will first need to do complete an RMA request:
To do this login to you account via the "My Account" tab at the top left
of the page.
Then scroll down to "My Orders" then double click on "RMA
Request" , on the following page select the order you wish to return and
then double click on "RMA Request", on the following page please provide
as much information as possible, then click on "Submit" and then

Please send parcel registered mail, as we will not have any way of knowing were
the parcel my be should it go missing in the post.
